Moonthly Theme:
DREAMS, TRANSCENDENCE + INTUITION
Virgo full moon illumination:
‘All that is unhealthy is washed away. Anxieties that do not serve me are revealed now.’
The light of the full moon shines bright in the sphere of Virgo, Pisces' opposing sign, bringing something to the surface.
A structure that emerges from the endless sea of two fish swimming in opposite directions.
A dream that is being had may present some practicality in bringing it to life, or leaving it to be. The layers that are in the way, revealed.
Subtleties and mirages become more audible and clear.
Two halves make a whole, and this relationship cycle of dream and practicality is interconnected in its essence. Ease into it's natural alchemy to create and transform immaterial to material.
We are in a month of change and renewal, and the things that need to be left behind will reveal themselves. For when we turn our backs on them they will be left in past rememberings for good. Which means anything solidified now will have lasting impact.
"All that is unhealthy is washed away" to make space for new soil and seeds.
Listen.
Decide.
The power to create what you dream is in your hands.

Astrologer Colin Bedell says:
The divine is in the details. You know it. Virgo knows it. Let us remember for the annual Full Moon in Virgo. The pandemic collapsing life as we knew it really inspired me to think differently about of all the signs. But none more than Virgo. Since the obvious isn’t always so obvious and I too struggle to notice the divine in the details, the pandemic taught me just how human beings organize their reality specially. Specifically within the details of time and space markers in moments of transition. Whether we realize it or not, we rely on the morning coffee enjoyed on our kitchen table, the afternoon lunch that we may or may not scarf down at our office desk, and even the traffic throughout the commute home to signal that something is happening. A new day has started. We can turn off the productivity for a few minutes.
Our work commitments are over and our home commitments are beginning. Throughout the pandemic, all of those time-space markers were flattened. Most of us lived close to two years of our life in the same space, the same desk, same screen. We experienced two years of rituals that are supposed to make transition like birthdays, holidays, funerals, and rituals in the same exact space. All of those moment points that were meant to lift us from sameness actually made us feel pretty flat. Collectively I think we felt what Pauline Boss called “ambiguous loss”. We lost the time and space markers that help us acknowledge “something happened”.
Instead we just knew we were losing something, ambiguously. I think we “lost” Virgo in the pandemic because lockdown prevented many of us from consciously choosing rituals and routines outside of our homes that help us organize our reality. I don’t think many of us - myself included! - realize how much our mental and emotional health depended on those environmental, spacial clues that signal important and moment of transition. We didn’t see the divine in the details until it was too late. Let us not forget again. Let’s remember the value of choosing routines and rituals that help us notice the divine in the details.
Especially since Saturn enters Pisces on the same day until May 2025 and initiates the end of a big transition which started when Saturn entered Aquarius, wait for it, on March 22nd 2020. The timing! The Full Moon in Virgo helps us wash away all that is unhealthy and I think that what’s collectively so unhealthy is our appetite for distraction. I think mindlessness and the avoidance of skill building our capacity for concentration is causing significant difficulty in our lives.
Let the Full Moon help you focus on the habits, rituals and time, space markers to move through significant transitions with clarity of mind and certainty of purpose.
