Australian Orders

We send orders with track-able delivery with Australia Post, from Australia to any address within Australia. Delivery is calculated upon checkout based on the weight of your order.

Please allow a period of 3 – 5 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas, and 4 – 8 business days for delivery to regional areas within Australia.


US Orders

We send orders from and within the US via a fulfilment company and do not control the exact carrier they use. Usually it is shipped with UPS, USPS or DHL. Once the package is handed off to the carrier, it is up to you to track it with them or contact the carrier with your tracking details with any changes or issues. At this stage there is no address changes available for these services.

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Most products are shipped from NY or CA. Please allow a period of 2 – 4 business days for delivery to close to NY or CA as those are our two warehouses, and 4 – 8 business days for delivery to states further away from our warehouses within the US. Some products are shipped directly from our studio in Australia and hand packed by us, please allow 7-10 business days for Moon Phase Calendars & Desktop Calendars.

We are constantly working towards faster, cheaper and more accurate shipping, while still paying fair trade rates and allowing us to pack your order with love. As we grow we hope to be able to employ people to work directly with us to hand-pack and gift wrap each order, but doing this for everywhere in the world is currently too expensive and not feasible. Thanks for understanding we are always growing and evolving.


International Orders

Please allow around 2-3 weeks for delivery to international addresses, and longer at peak postage times like the holidays. And up to 30 days for places that are considered more remote and harder to ship to like South Africa, Mexico, Russia.

Please note that Magic Of I PTY LTD is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for international deliveries outside of Australia and the US – these are the sole responsibility of the recipient.


Split Shipment

Some products are stored and shipped from Australia and from the US, oftentimes we will split your order and send you your items separately. 


Delayed Delivery

We do our best to get your order out asap, but delays happen.

Please be patient, use the tracking number and contact the carrier if there is an issue.

Magic Of I. is not responsible, nor in control of shipment/transit delays once the item is in the hands of the courier. Customs clearance and weather delays are the most common, and can affect the transit time outlined above.

If you’ve waited longer than the anticipated delivery timeline listed for your order, please contact us straight away.

We’ll do our best to help you out.


Important Information

We are unable to change a shipping address once passed on to dispatch.

If a consignment is undeliverable at destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or otherwise, the consignment will be returned to sender.
In the event of a redirection due to situations aforementioned, any additional shipping fees will be charged to the receiver.


You can make your payments securely through our store with Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.
Payment will be cleared automatically once an order has been placed at the checkout.
When making a purchase from Magic Of I. please choose carefully! We want you to absolutely adore what you order, but we do not accept returns unless your goods are faulty.
If anything you’ve ordered arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us straight away, providing us with your order number, and a description or photo of the damage. We cannot except any return items before first making contact with us.



Please note: if an item has been lost in transit, replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion.
