COVID SHIPPING DELAYS

Due to COVID-19 there are shipping and carrier disruptions all over the world, and it is changing daily. We are fully operational and shipping to: USA, Australia, NZ, Canada, UK, most areas of the EU, limited areas of Asia, and limited to the rest of the world. If you can checkout with your address, we can ship to you! If you cannot checkout with your address, there are shipping restrictions in place, please check back again soon.
  
For those that have or are ordering, please be patient, shipping delays are out of our control. We are seeing random delays in some locations, and other locations are business as usual. Expect to add 3-5 days to domestic orders in US & Australia to the below 'normal' shipping times. For everywhere else please check with your local postal service for any delivery delays. Alternatively please check here for the most up to date information in regards to delivery delays for items sent from Australia.
 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, prior to payment, based on your location and items ordered.

  

DELIVERY ESTIMATE TIMES

 We do not use Amazon, have never in the past, don't intend to in the future and are proud of it. Shipping takes time and costs money for small businesses with a focus on the environment. All shipping costs have dramatically increased this year due to COVID and we do our best to make these as affordable as possible for you.

While our shipping times are great, we are constantly working towards faster, lower cost, better shipping, while still paying fair trade rates with staff equality allowing us to hand pack your order with love. As we grow we hope to be able to employ people to work directly with us to hand-pack and gift wrap EVERY order, but doing this for the whole world is currently not feasible right now. Thanks for understanding, we are always growing and evolving and your patience is greatly appreciated.

 

Australian Orders

We send orders with trackable delivery through Australia Post, from Australia to any address within Australia. Delivery is calculated upon checkout based on the weight of your order.

Please allow a period of 3 – 5 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas, and 4 – 8 business days for delivery to regional areas within Australia.

 

US Orders

We send orders from and within the US via a fulfilment company and do not control the exact carrier they use. Usually it is shipped with UPS, USPS or DHL. Once the package is handed off to the carrier, it is up to you to track it with them or contact the carrier with your tracking details with any changes or issues. Once processed, there are no address changes available for these services.

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Most products are shipped from PA or CA warehouses. Please allow a period of 3 – 5 business days for delivery close to PA or CA, and 4 – 8 business days for delivery to states further away from our warehouses within the US. Large Moon Phase Calendars are shipped directly from our studio in Australia and hand packed by us, please allow 10-14 business days during off peak shipping seasons.

Please take into consideration busy holiday periods and weather conditions that may effect and increase shipping times.

 

International Orders

Please allow around 2-4 weeks for delivery to international addresses (we either ship from Australia or USA), and longer at peak postage times like the holidays. Please allow up to 4 weeks for locations that are considered more remote from Aus or USA.

Please note that Magic of I. PTY LTD is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for international deliveries outside of Australia and the US – these are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  

ITEMS ON PRE ORDER

If an item is on pre order, we will hold your entire order until the item arrives. We then ship your whole order in one. This saves on shipping costs and packaging. If you would prefer not to wait, please order your items separately.

Please note, while we go above and beyond to ensure timely delivery of your items by the pre order dates mentioned on our website, the nature of shipping and production is complicated. Shipments may be delayed by factors including production delays, stock not arriving as planned and delayed customs clearance. We will always update you on any hurdles as we experience them, but keep this in mind when you pre order any item from us.

  

SPLIT SHIPMENT

Some products are stored and shipped from Australia and from the US, oftentimes we will split your order and send you your items separately. Items that only ship from Australia will be listed in their product description. 

   

DELAYED DELIVERY

We do our best to get your order out asap, but delays happen.

Please be patient, use the tracking number and contact the carrier if there is an issue.

Magic of I. is not responsible, nor in control of shipment/transit delays once the item is in the hands of the courier. Customs clearance and weather delays are the most common, and can affect the transit times outlined above. Please take into consideration delays due to COVID mentioned above.

If you’ve waited longer than the anticipated delivery timeline listed for your order, please contact us straight away.

ORDER CHANGES

Please choose carefully, all orders are passed onto our dispatch team immediately and processed automatically to speed up the shipping process for everyone. We are unable to change a shipping address or order preference once passed on to our dispatch team.

  

  

ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER

Please ensure your delivery information is correct when you process your order. If attempted deliveries are unsuccessful, please be sure to collect your package from the specified Post Office within the nominated time frame. If your orders are returned to us as you have provided incorrect information or did not collect your package before it was returned, you will be charged a fee to have it shipped out again.

  

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If an order is undeliverable at a destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or otherwise, the order will be returned to sender.

In the event of a redirection due to situations aforementioned, any additional shipping fees will be charged to the receiver to reship your order.
 
 

PAYMENT

You can make your payments securely through our store with Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.
 
Payment will be cleared automatically once an order has been placed at the checkout.
 
  

RETURNS 

When making a purchase from Magic of I. please choose carefully! We want you to absolutely adore what you order, but we do not accept returns unless your goods are damaged.
 
If anything you’ve ordered arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us straight away, providing us with your order number, a description and photo of the damage. We cannot accept any return items before first making contact with us.

 

 

PLEASE NOTE

If an item has been lost in transit, replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion. If your order has been 'Delivered' but you have not received your order, we are not eligible to replace stolen items as it out of our hands, and will be done only at our discretion. So please keep an eye on your tracking number.
