We are swept up from the deep moss beds like mushroom spores on a breeze ready to stimulate and connect with our surroundings and blossom into the light of some Sagittarian fun.
Creative, optimistic, connective energy rises from within, and we are urged towards less serious adventures that come from our authentic desires to to enjoy life and play a bit more further from the security of home.

I love how the Full Moon Illumination sets the stage for this question because it puts forward the premise that we can be instruments to receive wisdom that’s beyond our own. What an extraordinary power stance. We can get ourselves off the hook a bit by remembering we don’t have to be the ones to generate the wisdom that helps us move through this uncertainty clearly. We can become instruments that channel divine wisdom. When thinking of the bullseye symbol, I think of a place within our consciousness that allows us to focus on the target of receiving that wisdom. I’m no expert, but I expect it requires a dedicated level of focused concentration and willingness to surrender to the unknown. This idea may honor the human aspect of Sagittarius: their focus, concentration, and clarity.
Now, what about the horse? Which brings me to 'The Archer’s Paradox'. According to LegendaryArchery.com, the Archer's Paradox '… is a phenomenon that occurs in archery when the arrow does not follow the intended path as it leaves the bow. Despite being aimed directly at the target, the arrow will bend or curve as it travels through the air…this bending of the arrow is called the paradox because it appears to defy the laws of physics and contradicts the archer's aim.' I can see the Archer’s Paradox honoring the horse because it normalizes the untamed, wild energy that literally defies the laws of physics. Sagittarius thrives there too and asks, what happens when we give over our thinking to divine wisdom and experience setbacks, disappointment, failure or a total veer off-course? Then what? Maybe there are no answers. Just questions.
Next to the Full Moon, the highest of positive transits, the Venus-Jupiter conjunction in Taurus stabilizes us as we engage with the unknown in beautiful ways. The more hopeful and optimistic our thinking is, the more likely it is we will find safety and even joy in the exploration and learning that Sagittarius loves. After a chaotic Eclipse Season, we’re all hoping to stay grounded a bit, even though the ground keeps moving, and this gorgeous Venus-Jupiter conjunction will help us bend without breaking.The last few months of astrology were a masterclass in where we cling to false certainty and fundamental thinking. We have let go of disempowering, outdated ideas and patterns and perhaps are still feeling some grief around what was and wondering when the joy of what can be will arrive. I think the Full Moon in Sagittarius will show the sunrise. I’m seeing a sunrise on the archer’s target.
