Ruled by Mars and Pluto, alike, Scorpio reminds us that evolution is only possible in the face of moving on from stagnation. We are told to let go, release, and allow the pains of the past to burn so that we can be reborn — rising like a Phoenix from the ashes. Scorpio is Fixed in nature, creating throughlines of sustainability. Healing and growth are ongoing practices. As we go through the next few weeks, we are told to reinvent ourselves and find beauty in our soulful power. We are told that we can be baptized by fire, only to come out of this time stronger than ever.

Below are ways to work with Scorpio Season:

1. Music and Magic
Take time to find music that inspires you and builds passion within you. Curate and create playlists around these songs and make them part of your daily routines as a form of empowerment. Take it one step further by journaling about why a song or melody leaves you feeling energized and by reflecting on its power.

2. Sensual Moments
Ruling sexuality and sensuality, Scorpio invites us to get intimate with ourselves and possibly others. Take time to focus on how you feel in your body, how food tastes, and how smells envelop you. Create sensual experiences that leave you feeling more heightened and connected to your sacral self. Understand that be (re)claiming sensuality, you are also (re)claiming your whole being.

3. Reflect on Changes
Scorpio is a sign of evolution, and we as humans go through constant evolution daily. Take time and care to reflect on/journal about your evolutions over the last few years, months, days, and hours. What has newly emerged in your life? What have you seen die away? How has this made you the person you are today?

4. Reflect on Changes
Scorpio finds its home in the shadow and is no stranger to the underworld. As you go through the next few weeks, work with your personal spiritual, mental, and emotional health practices to focus on shadow work. Pull at the threads of your fears, your innate inhibitions, and your restraints (safely of course). Take time to confront the shadows that exist within you, for this is where the light can be found.

From the shadow of a doubt into the light of understanding, there is nothing too profound or overwhelming that I can not overcome. My power lies in my ability to not just name a fear, but claim and no longer allow it to control me. I become the master of my own fate, rising up from the ashes of the past to burn brighter than ever in the present, lighting the way to my future. I am becoming. I am evolving. I am renewed.
