Sagittarius Season flies like an arrow through the sky. Here, the adventure begins as our inner flames of desire light the way. We ignite new fires and welcome the possibilities of 'what if' and 'what's next'. Ruled by Jupiter, Sagittarius knows no bounds. It reaches beyond the horizons set forth before it and extends past every obstacle in its way with grace. Sagittarius is Mutable in nature, adapting and moving through time and space like a captain at the helm. It opens its eyes to fix its gaze forward, knowing that the only way out is through. As we go through the next few weeks, we are reminded that we are masters of our own destiny, and nothing can stand in the way of that. We are gifted the chance to understand what it means not just to be alive but to live life to the fullest.
 


SAGITTARIUS MYTHOLOGY

The modern constellation Sagittarius was associated with the minor Babylonian deity Pabilsang, venerated at the Sumerian city of Larak. Like Sagittarius, Pabilsang wielded a bow and was also credited as a judge or legal administrator, roles that function as intermediaries between divine and earthly law, the will of the Gods and the will of the people. Some suggest the etymological roots of Pabilsang’s name to translate into something like 'Chief Forefather.' Interestingly, within the constellation Sagittarius lies the Galactic Center, the site of a supermassive black hole that may have played a key role in the origins of the Milky Way, and subsequently, our solar system. The oldest stars in the Milky Way are our most ancient ancestors.

Be sure to stop along the way and journal about what you see around you. Reflect and meditate in those paused moments to truly take everything in.


2. EXPLORE SOMETHING NEW
Leap into the unknown by exploring new ideas, languages, ideologies, practices or places. Take a chance on yourself and enrol in the class or try going to a place you haven't been before. Explore how these small threads of interest pull you into amazing adventures.


3. BE SPONTANEOUS
Let the inner light guide you, which means listening to your heart and your intuition. Sagittarius is spontaneous, existing only in the moment we have. 4. CONNECT TO THE WORLD
