Pluto stations direct on Aquarius’ 1st degree, where it has been since August 20. More specifically, it is back on the degree and arcminute that Pluto last transited on January 9 of this year. Reflect upon this date. What was occurring for you? The key difference in energies can be chalked up to several factors. Back in January, Pluto was still embroiled in its months-long opposition to Mars, stirring up power struggles. Also, the outer planets had not yet ingressed into fresh signs, activating the elemental shift from water/earth to fire/air. The core sensation between then and now is akin to standing on a precipice versus being off the precipice, somewhere down the hill, neither here nor there, but aware that where you’re headed is a long way from where you’ve been.
Pluto’s retrogrades stimulate introspection and expose truths, and this is only our third taste of what its retrograde in Aquarius can do for us. It is NO surprise that this summer/winter was RIFE with scandals that exposed the tentacles that technological and geopolitical monopolies have coiled around every aspect of our collective reality. It’s a bit soon to say (critical mass has not been achieved), but Pluto Rx has aided in a small-scale wake-up call regarding our role in the ruse. We are beginning to understand that we are not only the consumer, but the consumed. We are not simply the users of the experience, but the ones being used to propagate the discourse and uphold the machinery.
And if we can propagate the discourse and uphold the machinery, shouldn’t we be getting something better out of the deal? Pluto direct in Aquarius reminds us that there is power in numbers.
