After a brief six months in Aries, Neptune, the planet of mysticism and illusion, backtracks into Pisces. It will remain on Pisces’ 29th degree for the next three months.
Neptune enjoys Piscean waters. Here, time distorts. Forms transgress their function. We can lose ourselves in the magic. This is our final chance to experience Neptune in Pisces during our lifetime. It will make its next appearance in the sign of the fishes in 2175, but we’ve had fourteen years of dissolved boundaries courtesy of this transit, and maybe that is enough.
It seems appropriate that Saturn, the taskmaster, the arbiter of materiality and time, is already waiting in Pisces beyond the gates. Saturn’s copresence encourages us to begin waking up from the dream. Yet rather than a cold bucket of water to the face or a rude alarm, Saturn firmly takes Neptune’s hand to guide it out of the fog.
Their dynamic adds a quality of lucidity to the rest of 2025. We’re still asleep, but we *know* it. Therefore, we have an opportunity to take the reins of our reality in ways that may not be as easy to execute fluidly once Neptune and Saturn ingress into Aries in early 2026. We can elect to fly, explore alternative creative paths and have illuminating conversations that unlock subconscious awareness. We have time to transition into what will soon be a comparatively fiery and fast-paced existence. For now, allow life to summon you slowly back from a cosmically-induced REM state. Enjoy the bathwater, because the temperature is soon to rise.
