Leo Season ignites the fire within. As we enter the lion's den, we shine a light on our desires and passions. We welcome the feeling of what it means to be witnessed, to be seen, and to be understood. Leo is solar by rulership and by nature. It, like the Sun, embodies the essence of creation, joy, optimism, and brilliance. Leo is magnanimous, a benevolent leader, an enthusiastic friend, and a playful confidant. We are taught the lessons of truly being able to stand in our own expression and allowing our beings to be generously delivered to the world. Through Leo Season we are gifted the opportunity to tune into our child selves and honor the sanctum of pleasure.

1. Sun Salutations
The connection of mind, body, and spirit is intrinsic. Every Sunday or during the Planetary Hours of the Sun (see page 19 in your planner), greet the solar energy with yogic Sun Salutations. This is a physical embodiment of the radiant energy that gives us life and welcomes said energy into our life.
2. Art as Craft
Creation is a means of magic, and through art we find craft. Find an artistic outlet that you enjoy and engage in it intentionally. Art manifestation works as we infuse brushstrokes, words, or mediums with our hopes and desires. With every movement or point of creation, we witness not only the art unfold, but our dreams as well.
3. Playful Sundays
Sundays are the day of the Sun, which rules Leo. Every Sunday during Leo Season, engage in an activity that you find to be fun or enjoyable. Focus on your inner child and ways in which you can give love to what it may need.
4. Styled to Perfection
Use Leo Season to redefine how you want to show up in the world. This is a time to hone in on your style and your forms of expression. Are you presenting how you truly see yourself? How can you embody more of your authentic being? Even if you don't act on it yet, take care to see how you can be more you.
Like a burst of light at the start of the universe, my heart opens and outpours a creative life force. Unyielding, unending, and in constant flow, I channel this energy into bringing my passions to life. The very essence of being is found in the moments of pure joy when I tune into my innermost desires. To create is to live. To live is to exist in joy.
