If May’s top story was Saturn’s shift into Aries, June’s headline news is fellow social planet Jupiter’s entrance to Cancer, the sign of its exaltation. June’s energies are alert and emotionally nuanced, conjuring sunlight glinting off water or the scent of copal.

Following its ingress, Jupiter makes two notable squares. The first, to Saturn on June 15/16, presents a test of faith – a chance to surprise yourself with your own skillfulness. The second, to Neptune on June 18/19, is a critical moment to stay present. Jupiter and Neptune haven’t clashed since September 2019, when Jupiter was in Sagittarius, stirring up ideological crises. Now with Jupiter in Cancer and Neptune in Aries, regardless of how events are unfolding collectively, expect a distinct 'this time it’s personal' vibe. Resist the urge to check out in the wake of shattered illusions. It may not seem this way now, but disappointment is an opportunity to expand in a different direction.

June 6 – Venus enters Taurus: imagine sensation as a devotional act. Sight, sound, smell; a celebration of existence. Your body; a witness to the world.

June 8/9 – Mercury enters Cancer: facts compete with the fallibility of memory. Nostalgia fills in the blanks if consensus reality can’t be achieved.

June 9/10 – Jupiter enters Cancer: a year of instinctive abundance-tapping, despite (perhaps?) an undue belief that traditional values will provide the only path to prosperity.

June 17 – Mars enters Virgo: precision isn’t nearly as important as we think it is now, but smart execution IS.

June 20/21 – Sun enters Cancer: security is both a state of mind and an aura you project. Make yourself a safe space for others, and they will respond in kind.

June 26/27 – Mercury enters Leo: kicking off ten weeks of compelling yarns, courtesy of Mercury’s upcoming Rx.
