Uranus’ entrance into Gemini this month marks the final major planetary ingress of the year. However, there’s a push-pull feel to July as three planets plus Chiron station retrograde. Mars’ square to Venus and alignment with the South Node mid-month sets the stage for relationship conflicts, so remember that coming to the table with an open mind can go a long way towards deflating the tension. Exercise your will without making dominance your endgame. 

NOTABLE TRANSITS

July 4/5 – Venus enters Gemini: hearts are fickle during this three-and-a-half week transit. Your social calendar will be stacked, but romantic commitments may not be your cup of tea.

July 4/5 – Neptune is retrograde in Aries: Its five-month backslide will bring the planet of mysticism back into Pisces for the last time.

July 7 – Uranus enters Gemini: after seven long years in Taurus, Uranus finally treads new ground. The next four months deliver a preview of electrifying insights (or upsets) in communication and commerce that will become increasingly relevant in 2026.

July 13 – Saturn is retrograde: for the next four months, Saturn will re-enter Pisces in early September and keep in lockstep with Neptune through the end of the year.

July 18 – Mercury is retrograde in Leo: cautioning us against showboating and scene-stealing when we should be LISTENING.

July 22/23 – The Sun enters Leo: Do: get creative, own your gifts, be the main character. Don’t: treat others as if they’re your sidekicks.

July 30/31 – Chiron is retrograde: and will travel backwards for the rest of the year — its last full year in the sign of Aries.

July 30 – Venus enters Cancer: Venus in Gemini let us explore our options, but novelty is beginning to tax us. In the romance department, variety is less appealing than loyalty now.
