The Sun travels through the last decan of Gemini this week before we welcome in the summer solstice in the northern hemisphere and the winter solstice in the southern. The last decan of Gemini 20° - 29°59’ challenges the mental blocks that we have placed upon ourselves out of preconceived and imagined fears. This is the time we confront those dark corridors of the mind to realize that we had the solutions within us the whole time. The fear of the end can sometimes become a monumental task created out of limiting beliefs and a shadow left unchecked. As we near the beginning of a new season we clear out the cobwebs that had been slowly developing in the recesses of our psyches. Confront those long standing issues you’ve been ruminating over throughout the last 3 months!
The Moon travels from Aries to Cancer and meets the Sun in Gemini. The New Moon at 26° 43’ Gemini seeds a new paradigm of understanding, the birth of a new perspective to an old dilemma widens the lens of possibilities. On the same day of the New Moon, Saturn stations retrograde in Pisces showing us where we will need to restructure our inner landscapes. Saturn remains retrograde until November 4th and stations direct at 0° Pisces. This 5 month period is an opportunity to find where the holes and cracks lie within our conscious development. The time when Saturn is retrograde typically is a time when we are not to solely focus on progress, but to adjust our conception of time and the amount of effort that is required in a realistic setting.
Monday 12th
The fires of passion burn within today and the wheels of motion push us towards our dearest desires. We’re feeling dually convicted in what we set out to accomplish and feel the need to protect our pride. We may feel quick to jump to conclusions out of a need for immediate solutions or dare I say, control? Today may feel like you’re on your own timeline and it’s just easier to move at your own speed rather than wait for others to catch up. There is healing in competition and sport as well as moving energy through the body.

Tuesday 13th
All we want today is to feel good and bask in the pleasures that life has to offer, though there may be a nagging feeling at the back of our minds that there are very real repercussions if we are to slack off. Deep understandings of how we seek pleasure in life come to surface and the understanding of what it takes to get what we want makes itself known.

Wednesday 14th
It can feel like we’re working against the grain a bit today, or that we feel the pressure of putting firm roots down to get ourselves off the ground. Desiring to see results, we forge ahead with great ambition to accumulate resources that help us to feel satiated and secure. Artistically, the juices are flowing through us with great expressions of flare. Today is a good day to explore a new personal style. Relationship issues may come up to be discussed, when someone doesn’t feel acknowledged or appreciated enough, it causes one to feel insignificant. Notice if this is being reflected to you now.

Thursday 15th
Momentary bliss catches us with our mouths open and words are lost on us. Epiphanies shine a light on some of our deeper conditions in a way that leaves us inspired rather than thwarted. Mercury square Saturn brings in a great teacher, wisdom and information that is pertinent to our path towards evolution. Remain open to hearing the lessons as they flow in today.

Friday 16th
This is a busy day of planning, coordinating, and in general making things work according to schedule. A lot of moving pieces to detail and there is ample support to keep that ball rolling. We may feel the need to share, communicate, and open up about how we are feeling so that we can come to creative solutions. There is friendly support right around the corner.

Saturday 17th
Sensing that things are starting to slow down with business and other plans we may have, this is a good day to start reorganizing the process which you have been working on for projects thus far. Saturn stations retrograde today, while it is also the New Moon in Gemini. This is the time to slow way down and listen to the inner voice very carefully. This is a data collection day, the time to gather all pertinent information needed while allowing it to germinate until the time has come to take action.

Sunday 18th
The emotions come through with the Moon’s ingress into Cancer today. The Moon also makes aspects to expansive Jupiter and reliable Saturn. You can now begin to understand and make sense of the new information that had come through in the previous days and put it to good use. Clarity comes through resurrecting old conversations, familial experiences, and connecting with elders/teachers who have done the work before us. The history of what we are participating in becomes important and the wisdom of the past helps to open up new pathways.
