The long awaited transit of Jupiter into Cancer is here! On the 9th at 2pm PDT Jupiter ingresses into Cancer leaving the mutable air sign Gemini. This is a very welcomed shift for all as the behemoth God of the gods, the most benevolent one, is exalted in the watery world of the crab. While in Cancer, Jupiter will have harmonious contacts with Pluto, the North/South Nodes and Uranus at various points; generating new opportunities to grow our emotional bandwidth to exorbitant proportions. If you have been feeling burnt out and unable to hold space for those around you, this Jupiter cycle will help to restore that emotional well for a psychic rebalancing.
Two days after Jupiter shifts signs, the Full Moon in Sagittarius sheds its light through the great adventurer, highlighting areas in life that calls for a thrilling voyage. This Full Moon in Sagittarius at 20°39’ at 12:43 am PDT finds itself in an entanglement with the North and South Nodes, Chiron and Mars. Mars brings with it the excitement and pizzaz of Leo, daring provocation as a form of flirtation with desire. The nodes of the moon bring in a life inquiry which can set off a low level existential crises if easily succumbed to, yet the position of the Sun and Moon in square to the nodes always shatters the illusion of a well thought out plan. You know what they say, “If you want to make God laugh, tell her all of your plans.”
At the tail end of the week, Mars squares up with Uranus while Jupiter squares Saturn. The 15th/16th is going to be a tough day that elicits a big shift or change in an area of life where the initial Mars/Uranus conjunction occurred back on July 15th 2024. Cultural and political upheaval can come about through the Mars/Uranus connections, especially in tough aspects such as the square and opposition. Uranus represents the current state of the collective and when Mars brushes shoulders with the planet of chaos, a sudden shift can arise in the collective consciousness which is typically spread through fashion, art, politics and social media. It may be a good idea to create some space that day and the days leading up to and after, to disengage with media if it is a source of energy drain for you. If however it is something that fuels and inspires, then it could be a great time to jump on the chaotic bandwagon to help direct the crowd. We’re beginning to gear up for the Uranus ingress into Gemini next month and whatever sudden changes occur this week will reflect the ripple effect that those changes will have throughout Uranus’ journey through the witty air sign.
Monday 9th
This is a challenging day, Mercury is square both Saturn and Neptune while Venus is square Pluto just as Jupiter ingresses into the cardinal water sign Cancer. Issues and topics come up that need to be understood from a different angle in order to find proper solutions. Our relationships come under a microscope, the challenge is to make the appropriate changes in how we communicate our desires, which first requires awareness of what it is that we even desire in the first place. Jupiter enters Cancer today which marks the beginning of a learning cycle regarding human emotion and sensitivity.

Tuesday 10th
The Moon in Sagittarius is getting brighter with the Sun’s reflection, carrying with it a good attitude. Even through all of the madness of yesterday, the Sagittarian ability to brush it off and keep looking ahead is infectious. Mars and the wounded healer come into view of one another by way of taking actions that hel us to engage in activities that are healing to the ego. Doing something well that shows off one’s talents and skills, while also being recognized, is an impactful moment. To be seen in our fullest most authentic expression solidifies our unique gifts.

Wednesday 11th
Full Moon in Sagittarius erupts into a cacophony of mental jujitsu, the urge to tell the tale of one’s lore nags to find a soapbox to stand on. Not too concerned with niceties, this Full Moon dares one to operate from the notion that it is more important to be accurate and honest than it is to have to spare someone from their feelings. Information is released into the field that helps to inspire action, change and bravery. Mercury and Venus add a layer of compassion for such expressions, knowing that it is sometimes hard to speak up. Being seen is triggering for some and this Full Moon helps to shed discomfort with telling our story. On another level, we’re also getting a boost of energy, seeking out new thrilling opportunities.

Thursday 12th
Sometimes we just want to be taken care of but don’t necessarily know how to communicate it; the Moon in never-ask-for-help-Capricorn forms a trine with Venus, softening the barriers of the heart. Helping someone with a task or a favor without them asking for it in the first place can be all that you need to smooth over a rough patch. The emphasis is on showing up in practical and supportive ways rather than through discourse and words of affirmation.

Friday 13th
It’s Venus day and the Moon is helping us to focus on our responsibilities, work projects and efficiency, either through the lens of accessing more of such things or learning how to mitigate the sense of responsibility towards them. The Sun square the North and South Nodes of the Moon unearths a dilemma of direction and where to put our intentions. Extra information confuses the direction but is important to incorporate into the game plan. The Moon in Capricorn is helping us to remain organized and to grounded throughout the day.

Saturday 14th
The intensity is building today in anticipation of the two big squares coming on tomorrow, but for now, as the Moon ingresses into Aquarius, the vibe is one of connection, communion and friendship. Resolutions come from the lunar aspects to Venus and Pluto that were brought up earlier in the week regarding relationships and trauma. Opportunity to move through the pain and transmute the energy into something useful soothes the heart and allows for a change in perspective. New forms of relating to the people that are in our lives already come into view, along with potential new relationships altogether.

Sunday 15th
A fixed square between Mars and Uranus is the type of aspect that forces a change rather than entices it. There is no seduction happening from the Universe that would elicit us to be coerced into the necessary transformation that is upon us. This aspect is so powerful that it creates a steamroller effect through the political and social landscape. The power of the people vs the power of the establishment comes to the forefront. How it can show up on a personal level is through issues with authority, bosses, teachers, gurus, thought leaders etc. that force one to reconsider their expertise. This type of aspect can cause rifts within social groups so be careful to not get lost in the heat of the moment.
