Sun = Sagittarius 24° 51’ – Capricorn 1° 58’
Moon = Cancer – Libra
Happy Solstice! The Sun ingresses into Capricorn at the end of the week ushering in a new astrological season. We say goodbye to Sagittarius and the foreign affairs that came along with it to hunker down with the sea goat. As the dust settles from the Full Moon in Gemini last week, the air becomes still, creating space, room to breathe. This is a very welcomed time just before the holidays to have a moment to recuperate and gather our thoughts. The Sun’s entrance into Capricorn shows the way towards mastery over the land and sea, matter and emotions. Depicted as a goat with a fish’s tail, Capricorn is split between worlds. Half of him is bound to the primordial waters while the other half of him remains above shore, breathing in the light of the Sun, this represents the collaborative powers between the earth and water and their symbiotic relationship to contain all of life.
While the Sun is still in Sagittarius, the life force of our solar system comes into square view of Neptune which in turn obscures the light of the Sun through an array of smoke and mirrors. There is a fog that hovers over our heads which is convoluting the ego’s attachments, forcing hard lines around the idea of self. Practicing self-acceptance and self-love will be the main task midway through the week. Occult mysteries and spirit sciences may become topics of conversation. The power of the mind and the will of man can shock one out of complacency, proving that all are capable of developing psychic abilities. When one gains control over their beliefs the whole world changes in a blink of an eye as if like magic.
Venus trines Jupiter this week in Aquarius and Gemini respectively, showering upon us a host of blessings through dear connections, friends and general warmth of comradery. The conversations seem to flow easily, and whatever one says or talks about, manifests easily.
Quarter Moon at the end of the week at 1° 34’ Libra forms a T square with Neptune adding a dollop of boundary setting to our social and professional relationships. The tension is there, but does it necessarily mean we need to form boundaries and rules for every aspect of our social lives? The quarter moon may have us re-evaluating to what level we allow ourselves to be seen in a casual light. How casual is too casual when it comes to chit-chatting with the boss? Are these social standards antiquated? A situation can come up where we are left with these kinds questions. The Libra Moon always wants to be in the know and can sometimes overstep the line in respectful gossip talk, with Capricorn Sun hyper aware of its reputation, the social graces of Libra help to aid in an easy adjustment between how we come off to our friends on a Friday vs the coworkers.
Monday 16th
Today we are emotionally aware, stable and grounded through the Moon trine Saturn transit, which leads to feeling quite confident to communicate innate feelings on any given topic. Since Saturn offers the Moon support by guiding our emotions with a sound and pragmatic attitude, it is a good opportunity to create new patterns. Organizing how we feel about any given topic can create a more firm center so that the external world doesn’t easily rock us out of equilibrium. Tuesday 17th
Ready for a refresh, the Moon in romantic Cancer meets with unexpected but welcome changes. A break from the routines and daily grind of life can do wonders for morale as well as replenish and recharge our nervous systems. Midway through the day, the Moon enters Leo supercharging the air with a joviality that will not fade but only strengthen as the Moon meets in opposition to Pluto. Whatever passionate eruption awaits, let it be what propels you towards your destiny. Whatever creative ideas come to surface will be influential for the days to come.

Wednesday 18th
A fire is being born within which sparks a wildfire of passion. Through the dissolution of the ego may we find the most authentic form of self. The Sun square Neptune aspect today can have us questioning some of the more foundational parts of who we think we are. Identity can be fluid for some, while for others it takes a concerted effort (oftentimes by external forces) to let go of old forms of oneself. Watch out for any form of self-deceptive acts, be really honest with yourself and acknowledge at what points you become triggered to hide your true self. On another hand, this can be a good time to explore channeling, mediumship and psychic development.

Thursday 19th
The Sun and the Moon are in harmony today, they see each other and offer a direct flow inspired action, leaving us bouncing off the walls. We may feel like we can do anything, take on the world, our spirits are alive today. There isn’t much thinking going on today, more doing and making a plan doesn’t seem to bode well with Moon square Uranus. No matter how organized we try to be, it just isn’t enough to bend with the Uranian influences of the day. However, after the Moon enters Virgo, the cloud of chaos dwindles as we are able to make sense of the senseless, craving clarity through organized chaos.

Friday 20th
With just one itty bitty aspect between the Moon and Mercury for the entirety of the day, the continued theme from the day before ushers in a moment where we can sit down and meticulously hash out the details of a particular situation that has been on the mind. The Moon is forming a T square with Mercury and Saturn, bringing to the awareness what we have been and may currently be avoiding. The Sun square Neptune is still influencing discourse by way of supplanting an outdated spiritual understanding with an evolved version.

Saturday 21st
Happy Solstice! The Sun enters Capricorn today kicking off a new astrological season. The shift in solar light from Sagittarius to Capricorn is a palpable one as we begin focusing on wrapping up the year and envisioning what the next year will bring. The Moon is in opposition with Saturn and square Jupiter creating frustrations around expansion and growth, it could help to inspire us, pumping the necessary fuel in the gullet, ramping up ambitions for the year ahead.

Sunday 22nd
Moon ingresses into Libra today and trines Pluto, a very different energy from the start of the week where we may have felt necessary outside pressure to make adjustments, we are now seeing the importance of letting something go in order to create anew. The last quarter Moon graces us just after her square with Pluto, increasing tensions within our working relationships, contracts and agreements. The time for negotiating is now but be sure to do so in that quintessential libran way – with grace, etiquette and social awareness.
