Sun Enters Gemini

You may recall that Uranus entered Gemini for the first time since 1949 last July, offering a preview into the shakeups that the planet of innovation will stimulate in the realm of communication, tech, and media over the next seven years. However, by the time Uranus made its ingress, the sun was *already* in Cancer. Consequently, this Gemini season is the first time that the two will interface in mutable air since 1948! Plus, the Sun and Uranus presently answer to Mercury, and Mercury is ALSO in Gemini. The chatter is STRONG this month, but so is the potential for discarding black and white thinking.

This is our chance to try something completely different, because we aren’t as skittish about self-reinvention. Curiosity will propel us into ventures that would have overwhelmed us even a few weeks ago. And not only are we game for a challenge, we’ll EMBRACE our affinity for breaking through barriers that previously stalled our progress. There’s a palpable quality of magic to the month ahead, a magic born from leveraging powers of observation to break old habits. Doom and gloom is out. Changing your mind and discovering that it changes your life is in! The more visionary we allow ourselves to be, the more liberated we'll become. The less we police our appearance, speech, or inner monologues, the more occasions serendipity will have to place us in the right rooms at the right times.

Now, the Sun’s transit in Gemini won’t be without disruptions or curveballs. It’s just that our pattern recognition skills, our ability to think on our feet, or even our sense of humor will turn dances with the unforeseen into opportunities to laugh at ourselves or finally discover the light at the end of a tunnel. The sky is the limit, so keep looking up!
