Saturn stations direct in Pisces. It has been on Pisces’ 25th degree for exactly a month, with retrograde Neptune inching slowly closer. The traveling companions are less than three months away from their much-anticipated conjunction in Aries.
Those with natal Saturns in the late degrees of Pisces can rejoice! Your Saturn return is nearly complete! The great malefic’s four month retrograde has given the rest of us much to consider regarding our negotiation of Piscean pipe dreams. Saturn gives form. Pisces is absentminded and idealistic. Consequently, we’ve learned hard lessons, forgot them, and had to learn them again! We’ve grieved losses, then found hope, then bartered with reality to let us keep the hope!
This is a good time to ask yourself how you have furthered your legacy…or not. Saturn Retrograde sounded a mass call to release delusions of authority. It exposed where we have been fortifying fantasies of who we believe we are SUPPOSED to be. And yet, as is often the way with Saturn, the main issue might not be US, but the TIMING. Perhaps we are not being instructed to throw in the towel, but to recognize that this is a terrible time to lay foundations. Pisces is a swampy fog. Its footprints in the sand lost to the winds. Saturn seems to suggest that we CAN build here, if we are determined, but it’s inevitable that we’ll be bailing water out of the basement at some point. Certain restrictions are in place to save us energy and spare us sorrow. It is when we try to fit a square Saturnian peg into a Piscean shape-shifting hole that we fixate on the prohibitions instead of the possibilities. Saturn direct says, “Remove the supports and allow the structure to fall. If it is meant to stand, it will remain standing. If it needs to collapse, let it collapse.”
