Jupiter has been retrograde since November 11/12 of last year, checking growth and expansion thematically in the Cancer region of your natal chart. Recent feelings of helplessness have been instructive, because now you know better how to ask for and accept help from elders, parents and chosen family. It has also allowed you to recognize the signs of desperation in those who are too proud or stubborn to request it themselves, and to be ready to offer support with a wise and open heart.
