If i could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would.
I've been buying from this company for years, and their products are always top quality. I've had nothing but good experiences with MOI, but this time their customer service went above and beyond all expectation. It's a long story, but the TLDR is that they met a request that I made half in jest because I didn't even think it was possible.
Not only was my experience with their customer service outstanding, but after buying a product from their clearance section for the first time, I have a whole new understanding of just how high MOI's standards are for quality. The journals I bought were listed as having defective packaging, so I was expecting obvious defects like rips and tears, and although the packaging was like that on some of the journals, for the most part they had very slight imperfections in their wrapping. What MOI considers to be defective is the standard I receive from most other companies.
It is so refreshing to see a company that still cares this much about the quality of their products and the satisfaction of their customers. I cannot recommend MOI enough.
