Leo full moon illumination:
'My heart connects to the energy of honor and dignity.'
Full Moon in Leo at 13° 03’
Astrologer Anthony Perrotta says:
February begins asking that we find some warmth and joy - and this Full Moon in Leo may be just the thing we need to figure that out. It is said that a Leo Full Moon is one of the best for manifestation and setting new intentions. Like Taurus, Leo focuses on turning all they wish for into reality, and Leo sees potential. They spark the fire and fan the flames. So, what flames are you trying to get to burn brighter? What fire are you stoking?
The Sun is caught up in a larger network of planets in Aquarius. The Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars, and Pluto all congregate together. Some closer to each other than others, this energy puts a hyper focus on wherever Aquarius has rulership in your chart. Because of the intensity of these planets in their stellium, we can feel a bit dizzy, whimsical, and jolted, perhaps even find ourselves being overzealous, as we are putting so much emphasis into one area of ourselves. Luckily though, we do have some reprieve.
On top of this, we just had Neptune enter Aries a few days ago. This transit will mark our next 14-years in some capacity. A once in a lifetime experience, Neptune in Aries is about making sure that your dreams become bigger, we are more bold in our intentions, and it asks us to clarify what is worth fighting for in our lives. Neptune speaks well with Pluto in Aquarius, so our individual motions will lead to more collective inspiration.
As you experience this Full Moon, may you light up a room in the face of fear, and shine brilliantly in the dark.
May you never dim your light so that others can shine brighter. If there is one thing we learn from Aquarius Season, it is that there is room for all of us. Share the stage, but never stop taking up the space you deserve.

Aries
FIFTH HOUSE
Joy, Creativity, Expression & Pleasure
Passion leads to adventure. It seems you have been coming back to find what brings you joy and what you love. This is very important, as you may have lost your way in the last few weeks, months, or even year. However, you are getting your groove back and that is very apparent.
This Full Moon comes to shine a light on your Fifth House, and creativity is abundant now. You are called to see what sits right in front of you in this present moment. This isn’t about tomorrow or yesterday – just today. This can be hard for you, as you are a visionary. But slowing down and seeing what is here and now can actually inspire you. The 5th House rules creativity, conception, children, expression, love, and happiness. These areas will be highlighted. You are being called back to your passions and what drives you. You may be at a creative high, and you should follow that energy. However, you may also be doubting yourself a bit. Sometimes finding your way back to what you love isn’t easy. It takes courage and heart to make it there.
Uranus is a key player at this Full Moon as it works well with Saturn. It adds an aura of excitement and surprise, perhaps triggering an unexpected event. This could come in terms of your resources, as it sits in your second House. Whatever crops up, try not to worry or fret, there is a positive outcome around the corner, especially as these two giants are finalizing their stints in their respective signs. Uranus’ presence at this lunation adds whimsy and verve, almost as if you are feeling ready and willing to take on whatever comes your way! It motivates you to take hold of your worth, pushing you closer to recognizing how valuable you are.
Use this Full Moon to open yourself creatively. Follow your passions and listen to your heart. Go with what sets your soul ablaze and don’t let anyone stop you. Give voice to your happiness and your joy. You can take up space, it doesn’t mean that someone else doesn’t get their share, too. Your heart is your guiding force. Where will it lead you?

Taurus
FOURTH HOUSE
Roots, Foundations, Family & Privacy
If you have been feeling a little withdrawn lately, that is ok. Go with it. It seems that there has been so much emphasis on your work, career, and life direction – that it may be time to come home and tend to yourself in some way.
This Full Moon falls in your Fourth House at the bottom of your chart, and you need some TLC. You have a very 'work' mentality, but rest can be equally as important. After a busy time of year, you can call it all inward. You may be connecting with family, doing a little redecorating, moving, or working with your ancestors. This Full Moon is perfect for all things domestic and getting organized on the home front. You may be focusing on what matters to you and trying to create a better work/life balance.
You may be the harbinger of excitement, surprise, or spontaneity around this lunation! I know this may seem out of character for your steadfast nature, but Uranus is closely harmonizing to Saturn! There is a jolting feeling and an inexplicable need for freedom. Some of you may take a fool’s leap or make a shocking discovery around this time! However, I don’t want this to scare you. Even through this whirlwind energy, there is a lot of support. You will realize/actualize some of this energy closer to February 13th, when Saturn makes its grand entrance into Aries. Try something new and go your own way if you can. You will be happier that you did.
Use this Full Moon for a little respite and bring it all home. Focus on your foundations. Listen to your emotional side and take moments of rest to help you recharge. Connect with family or your home in a new way. Redecorate, or even reorganize and donate old things around the house that you don’t want anymore!

Gemini
THIRD HOUSE
Perspective, Communication, Insights & Reception
You are rarely short of ideas and now is no different. You have been in a period of seeking more growth, but sometimes growth can come in unique ways – potentially through interactions and dialogue. This is especially true with the Full Moon in Leo highlighting your Third House.
This is a House of communication, thoughts, and ideas. You may feel the need to share more than usual and really tell people what is going on in your mind. You could be full of ideas and new inventions, thoughts, or concepts! Write them all down. You won’t want to lose track or lose sight of what is swirling around in that mind of yours. Now, a downside here could be increased busyness, as the Third House creates a flurry of little tasks that feel like they need to be tackled immediately. This can be difficult as it seems that you don’t want to miss something. There is a lot to keep track of, and with your mind racing it can be easy to have an oversight. Perspective will be really important for you. Try talking things out with someone – or have a friend or close friend hold you accountable to some of these tasks. Set alarms or ask for help where it is warranted. Communication is key now.
Uranus is so interestingly positioned at this Full Moon! It harmonizes with Saturn in Pisces. So you may get an overwhelming sensation or intuitive hit at this time. Some of you may get news that sends you into a pause or a need to reflect. Alternatively, there could be a missing piece of valuable information that comes to light. Don’t let this shake you though. If you feel jolted, know that clarity and grounding are likely to come soon. It seems that you will have more sense of what you need or what was missing around the Saturn/Neptune conjunction on February 20th. This will open a new pathway and portal. Just in time for eclipse season!
Use this Full Moon to leverage your voice. Get in touch with those around you and share what is on your mind. Write things down and find ways to deal with the busy life you are surrounded by. Try to quiet those voices in your head that hold you back and seek help for any external stress you may be taking on or holding. Perspective is everything. You need to see things a little differently in order to get ahead.

Cancer
SECOND HOUSE
Values, Worth, Resources & Reliance
Sometimes grounding is the best thing for you, especially in the face of all of the healing, changing, shifting, and opening you have been doing in the last few weeks. Aquarius Season has you focused on the shadow and descending deep to uncover what lies below. However, this Full Moon comes in with a chance to create a new foundation or a point of stability for you.
It will shine on your Second House, so money could be on your mind, but also your own valuation, resources and sense of security. You may have to release an expectation around where you find security during this Full Moon, but know that leaves you with more opportunity to seek alternative routes and sources. You could be focused on increasing what you have or making peace with what you don’t. Whatever it is, the key there is 'making peace'. Sometimes, having more doesn’t always equate to what you need. Maybe asking for support is the thing that will pull you through now. You could have a lead that takes you to a new job, new client, or new opportunity. Focus on your expenses and maybe see what you can change about your spending habits. Now note this could also be your emotional resources… So perhaps you need to be better at how you spend your energy.
Uranus plays a key role in this Full Moon, as it reaches out to Saturn. Uranus acts as a wildcard, but almost positively so! It seems that a contact, friend, or someone in your sphere of influence will surprise you! You can get unsuspecting news or be asked to do something you least expect. It feels that something is coming to light in a whole new way – and this may even be concerning your future. Maybe you are being asked to shift your priorities to make way for something more exciting! Jupiter, in your sign, is very helpful to you. If there are goals you want to achieve, it seems pathways will begin to open. But don’t rush. Be intentional about your next moves. Major career shifts are within view as we get closer to the Saturn/Neptune conjunction on February 20th.
Use this Full Moon to get a handle on your resources, material and otherwise. Figure out how to spend your energy – and on what. See what potential opportunities arise around money and try to network with people to see if newer clients or work can come up. Comb through the things you own and purge what isn’t good for you anymore. Get your finances in order. But above all else, focus on how to call back your power, your self-worth and your potential. You have to let go of what stands in the way of you seeing your true value. You are worthy.

Leo
FIRST HOUSE
Individuality, Motivation, Identity & Focus
We are bringing something to the culmination for you, Leo. Think back to August 2023 at the New Moon in your sign. What did you promise to yourself? What were your goals and motivations? Now you are being confronted with the same energy, but this time instead of sewing seeds, you are asked to release.
This Full Moon illuminates your First House of self and identity, a place you know all too well. You may have to reckon with yourself, your motives, and your desires. This isn’t always easy to do. You are carving out a new space for you to be more… you. This is important, as you have been working hard the last year to figure out what you actually want. You can clarify who you are now more than ever.
Now, there may be a surprise at this Full Moon! Uranus will be supported by Saturn. This adds an aura of excitement, whimsy, and even a shock factor! Perhaps new information comes to light about your job. Some of you may up and leave, while others may witness a restructure, or even the opportunity to take on a new role. Alternatively, you could just receive unexpected details that change how you feel about your role or what you are known for. It is hard to say what it will be, as Uranus is a wildcard. However, it does seem to work out best for you in the end. Saturn finishes its time in Pisces in the coming weeks, you will start to see how all of your hard work will pay off. Once Saturn and Neptune align later this month, a new pathway appears before you.
Use this Full Moon to focus on what you want out of life. See what brings your joy, passion, and happiness. Seek out desires and don’t be afraid to make your needs known. Work on creating more balance in your life and enacting your boundaries. It is important. Instead of carrying the burdens, seek help. You have to release what no longer serves you now – whether that be a person, idea or something else. You are in the spotlight.

Virgo
TWELFTH HOUSE
Depth, Respite, Introspection & Intuition
You are itching for peace and a slower pace now. You have been working so hard the last few weeks – and the recently-over Mercury retrograde has thrown a lot of wrenches into the mix. You might have felt like you were not able to catch a break in some ways. A demanding schedule for you, or anyone, can be taxing. However, this Full Moon invites you to find more serenity in your life.
You may have some surprises crop up around this time, as Uranus receives support from Saturn! This is like a whirlwind and wildcard energy that seems to tell you to expect the unexpected. You may really feel the itch to have some freedom or start a new adventure at this time. This is unusual for you, as you often like to take a more grounded approach. However, Uranus seems to be sending lightning bolts to jolt you. It is time to wake up! But it isn’t bad at all. It will shake you out of your rut and stagnation. The need to get things going will feel really high, so be careful of impulsivity.

Libra
ELEVENTH HOUSE
Community, Dreams, Visions & Hopes
At this Full Moon, the big questions are: where do you find hope? Who is there to support you? You are someone who may often try to do things all on your own. But at what cost? As we enter this Full Moon, your hopes, dreams, wishes, network, and support system all come into focus – as this Full Moon falls in your Eleventh House. Who do you call upon in your time of need? We can’t be the stabilizing factor for others all the time. Sometimes, we need people to rally around us too.
Luckily, this Full Moon ensures that you have that. Friends are showing up for you, and a dream seems to be within reach. Yet, there is an air of uncertainty. You may even be readjusting who is in your community. You are in a period of growth, but it hasn’t been easy. This Full Moon comes to light up your Eleventh House and reminds you of the people you have in your corner.
Scorpio
TENTH HOUSE
Legacy, Aspirations, Goals & Recognition
What is the pinnacle for you? The Leo Full Moon usually turns your focus toward your outward life, publicity, and career. This also encompasses your direction and achievements. The last six months have had you working hard and making decisions that impacted your future – and now it seems that you are either beginning or about to begin a new phase.
This Full Moon falls in your Tenth House that rules all of these things: career, direction and publicity. You may not realize it, but you are in a position of power right now. The ball is seemingly in your court. You are more visible than ever now – people are witnessing you. You could be going for a promotion, looking to switch careers, move, or even change what you do for work. Whatever it is, how you build foundation and security in the world is in focus.
Sagittarius
NINTH HOUSE
Exploration, Progress, Expansion & Philosophy
You have been tested the last few months. It seems in some ways you may have been feeling stagnant, but now is a time for growth and opportunity. Aquarius Season has taught you the value of your voice, and this Full Moon will teach you the value of growth. But growth isn’t always simple.
Your Ninth House will be shining bright, and this turns your focus to finding new pathways and reaching goals. You may be seeking new adventures and itching to see what lies just beyond the horizon for you. In some ways, you know that change is coming. You can use this Full Moon to also bring your attention to the skills you have gained and the new ones you will, or plan to learn. This is about applying your wisdom. The Sun rules this Full Moon and is sitting in your Third House. You could have more inspired discussions than normal or even just a busier life. It seems in some ways, it is hard to see the forest through the trees.
Capricorn
EIGHTH HOUSE
Transformation, Renewal, Intimacy & Healing
Oh Capricorn, after a busy Season, it seems that you are ready to take it easy and seek out a small break. You have been so focused on everything you have been building and the accumulation of all of your efforts, now it is time to share what you’ve been given and relish in your hard work.
This Full Moon highlights your Eighth House, and you are being reminded that some things are best when they are shared with someone more intimately. You are being shown the truth that lies beneath the surface and asked to expose the vulnerability that lies below. Sometimes, in order to get closer to what we want or who we care about, we have to be willing to pull back some layers. If you have been going through a busy time, this Full Moon will call you to heal and slow down a bit. A little shadow work can go a long way now.
Uranus adds some whirlwind at this lunation, as it works well with Saturn. This creates surprising circumstances – perhaps more surprising yourself than anything else. Uranus is sitting in your Fifth House, giving you some gusto on proving to yourself that you are worthy enough to take risks. You know that you have some exciting opportunities that lie ahead, and it seems that part of that is giving yourself more credit and having more faith in the journey before you. Some of you may find out about an unexpected conception, a new project, meet a new person of interest, or even just feel creatively charged! Whatever it is, Uranus wants you to have fun and really just lean into anything that brings pleasure and adventure to your life.
Use this Full Moon to work on yourself and your inner world. Focus on your healing and the ways in which you can get intimate with those you love and trust. Open yourself up to new areas for resources and be willing to share and receive what is available.

Aquarius
SEVENTH HOUSE
Connections, Commitments, Collaborations & Balance
Life is about a give and take, and no one knows that better than you. However, oftentimes you are one that may give more than they receive. This can create an imbalance, whether or not you realize it. So, take a minute and really reflect on the word “receptivity”. What does this mean to you?
The Full Moon brings awareness and light to your Seventh House. Here, a partnership, relationship, union, or important person is coming into strong focus. Now consider for some of you this is more business-related than personal. You may be reckoning your boundaries and your space with this other person or entity. Have you been giving too much? Are things off-kilter? What needs to be addressed? This Full Moon puts so much emphasis on others that you may need to step outside of yourself to see what is really happening. Perspective is going to be important.
Uranus is your modern ruler, positively aspecting Saturn, where you may receive some surprising news. It impacts your Fourth House, perhaps adding a dash of wildcard energy into your home life. There may be points of closure, where you are told to prepare for a new cycle in your home/family sphere. You could be making great discoveries in terms of your heritage or roots. Others of you may happen upon the right home, contractor, or rental! It is hard to say how Uranus will manifest as it is unpredictable, but don’t be afraid! Anything that felt stagnant will start to move at hyper speed, especially as we get closer to February 20th.
Use this Full Moon to evaluate your relationships and focus on how much energy is putting into yourself or others. If it is imbalanced, it is time to restore it all to equilibrium. Uranus and Jupiter are pulling you into your Fourth House, a call to nourish yourself from the inside out. Let the river run through your soul and cleanse every piece of you. It is time.

Pisces
SIXTH HOUSE
Routines, Rituals, Well-being & Organisation
When life feels a little chaotic, it is time to call yourself back a bit. A little order can do your soul some good, probably more than you realize. It seems that you are trying to get a handle on the 'busyness.' Do you need to be as busy as you are? Do you need to reevaluate your routines?
This Full Moon shines a light on your Sixth House, where we focus on our health, regimens, and daily life. Maybe you have been quietly waiting for something to give, but now it is time to take control. It seems that taking on too much can have a negative impact on you – if you don’t figure out how to manage everything on your plate (or even ask for a little help). You may not have been as good to your body as you would like to be, and now you are being faced with the repercussions. You need to recenter a bit. Your health and your well-being are important!
New and insightful information seems to factor strongly, especially as Uranus receives positive beams from Saturn! Surprising news or new contacts can pop up now. You may feel busy or in demand in some way. Uranus is ensuring that you are finding the right people and the right words. Dialogue and conversations are a point of growth. You could be buzzing with excitement or seeking to learn as much as possible right now, too. Uranus could also show up as an unexpected support or newfound inspiration. You have the motivation, drive, and energy to move with whatever comes your way! But it requires intention and focus to make this come to life.
Use this Full Moon to focus on your schedule, routines, and daily life. Try to rearrange things to make it work for you. Don’t be afraid to state your needs and listen to your body more. Get back on track by caring for yourself, and try not to overextend into doing too much. Know your limits.
