The cosmic gods are gearing up for this week’s total lunar eclipse in Pisces with some major moves from Uranus, Saturn and Mercury. But first, let’s dig into the eclipse and the aspects that are affecting this transformative week. The Full Moon eclipse hits on the 7th at 11:08 am PDT/8th at 4:08 am AEST in Pisces. A bridge forms between two worlds of corporeality and formlessness; instantaneous potential of manifested dreams through the sheer will of Jupiter expands this eclipse portal. This is an opportunity to release fear of the unknown and overcome anxiety due to not having all of the details. The Tarot card the Hanged Man comes to mind with this Full Moon configuration, which teaches us that there is wisdom in the process of surrendering expectations of the future. Trusting that what is meant for us will find its way to us of course doesn’t mean we simply shirk our own responsibilities and negate our own will, but rather it’s a practice in relinquishing the need to control the outcome.
The Virgo/Pisces polarity requires balancing an idealistic approach with the practical, it is as with all of the water/earth oppositions, the axis of infinite potential for artistic creation; the fusion of an emotional response blends beautifully when there is an outlet. Jupiter in Cancer trines the Moon, and with it broadens the scope of what is possible. This limitless exponential of growth, if not used willingly can also expand the Pisces/Virgo tendency to worry uncontrollably, which is why this eclipse plays like a microscope focused on those stubborn anxieties. Exposure therapy works when implemented in small increments, but with Jupiter’s presence the word 'small' doesn’t really exist, so take note of where the mind wanders. Let nervousness expose you to where the work of definitive building lives.
Saturn ingresses back into Pisces while retrograde on the 1st, at the beginning of the week, to drudge up the past. But this time it’s different, there is more wisdom, there are more parameters and guardrails that help give meaning to past grief. While Saturn was in Pisces from March 2023 – May 2025, the lord of karma was helping to solidify a deeper connection with how we navigate grief, isolation and loneliness through the water realms of the fish, while also building infrastructure to tackle these universal experiences. Some may have undergone a bout of depression, deep existential conundrum or a separation from spiritual practice during that time. Now that Saturn is revisiting Pisces for the last time, we get to understand what it all means in the greater scope of our lives. Saturn will remain in Pisces until mid-February of next year.
Also this week, Uranus stations retrograde and Mercury ingresses into Virgo, while Mars makes a square to Jupiter. Uranus stationing retrograde is a yearly occurrence and lasts for about five months. It will station direct in February of next year, syncing with Saturn’s redeux through Pisces. The initial shock of the shift of Uranus stationing retrograde may feel more like a slowing down in social and cultural affairs or a reconsideration for where our social interactions are headed. Choosing to revisit old friendships or reconnecting with groups we were once a part of tends to coincide with Uranus retrograde phases. Mercury ingressing into Virgo and moving out of Leo clears the mind to focus on prep work, general tasks and duties that pertain to everyday life, rather than curating good times. It becomes easier to pay attention to the details and focus on special interests.
Mars squares Jupiter on the 4th and has the potential for creating combustible conversations that could lead to argumentative discussions. We are a little testy with these two planets coming together, especially with Jupiter expanding sensitivities in Cancer. Mars in Libra can play the tit-for-tat game and takes it upon itself to even the score, playing Judge Judy in a linguistic game of righteousness. Tempers can flare when it feels as though someone that is near and dear to us is wronged or treated unfairly. Opting to fight for and stick up for friends and people within our social network. On the world stage, this can be a potent time to get people to fight for important causes, and share information that helps to expose injustices. It also has the potential to cause people to become extremely defensive, however, so lean into the Libran art of tactful negotiations and the ability to play devil’s advocate when engaging in heated debates.
Monday 1st
Saturn enters Pisces today while the Moon in Sagittarius is also shifting signs. They both see each other at a crossroads, remembering past trials that we have since overcome, there is a new perspective being born through deeper understanding with the importance of pain or grief. Moon shifts into stoic Capricorn ushering in more focus and precision in work for the next couple of days. The need to feel productive and set goals rallies us to sift through distractions and put pen to paper.

Tuesday 2nd
Mercury enters Virgo, its domicile, while the Moon and Sun are trine, offering ease in coordinating, planning, organizing and all practical matters in general. We may tie up loose ends, sensing a need to finish up old projects, especially as the Moon culminates into her fullness with the eclipse on the horizon. The mind is active and in charge, zoned for busy work while Mercury cozies itself into the ultimate editor, Virgo.

Wednesday 3rd
Our thoughts are all over the place today, distractibility is high as Mercury squares off with Uranus testing the limits for how long we can sit with one train of thought, which isn’t very long. Conversations are active, discombobulated, disorganized and flighty. It can be hard to follow along with the sheer amount of jabbering that is going on. Transit may be erratic as well, with people not paying attention to where they’re going, bumping into corners. Jupiter trines the North Node, making this a great day for sporadic ingenious ideas to come through that can offer future expansion.

Thursday 4th
Mars and Jupiter T up causing potential arguments and debates to pop off. Feelings about personal beliefs run high, especially if one’s actions are perceived as insensitive or inconsiderate. It may be that we feel compelled to fight for someone else who has been wronged, a friend or someone close expresses frustrations and we can’t help but want to right what has been wronged on their behalf. Overly considering what other people are doing and how they show up runs deep with Mars in Libra, we may learn a better way to confront disappointments or confrontations through civil debate.
Moon sextile Saturn rx, Moon > Aquarius at 3:31 am PDT, trine Uranus, conjunct Pluto rx, Mars square Jupiter.
Friday 5th
Uranus stations retrograde, collectively, we are at a standstill and unsure as of just yet how to move within a network or group of people. As Uranus slowly pushes further into its retrograde cycle that inquiry will become more clear. Moon in Aquarius can make us impartial to drama and grand gestures, finding it suspicious or tacky, rather preferring to move in a more socially acceptable fashion. Moon opposite Venus exposes insecurities/situations around morality regarding sexual expression.

Saturday 6th
The weather today is a bit touchy, with a chance of sudden mood changes. The Moon in Pisces is making it nearly impossible to identify the erratic emotions that are showing themselves today and her contact with Uranus isn’t making it any easier. Noticing how our emotions stand out from the crowd, or aren’t totally reciprocated, can leave us feeling a bit isolated, but through that opportunity to self-reflect and develop, unexpected connections with others who do pop up. Art, music and other creative expressions help us to connect with the larger frame work of the collective. Small moments to deeply connect with someone random can crop up, take it and see where it leads!
Moon sextile Chiron rx, Moon > Pisces at 8:54 am PDT, square Uranus rx.
Sunday 7th
The Full Moon eclipse is upon us and it is in opposition to Mercury and trine Jupiter, sending a current of inspired words through the etheric fields. Time to release it all into the void of the universe, to manifest into it what it will! Bridging two worlds with divine insights and spiritually heightened messages offers solutions to everyday issues. There is wisdom in the process of surrendering that cannot be taught but only learned through having faith and trust. This Full Moon is helping to release fear around the unknown, and to develop a stronger core belief one’s own abilities to overcome anxiety and insecurity.
