We ship from 3 warehouses worldwide.
Eastern USA + Western USA + Australia.
We ship 5 days a week from the US to the world and we ship 3 days a week from Australia to Australia, NZ and Australasia.
 
Please note that Magic Of I PTY LTD is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for international deliveries outside of Australia and the US – these are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

MOQ & Payment Terms:

*All pricing is in USD*.
Our MOQ (minimum order quantity) is $200USD.
All orders must be paid in full when placed, however for large orders and customers who pre-sell, we can reserve stock for you in advance. If you can't make our MOQ, we can discuss a lower % discount on your order. *Australian stockists are invoiced in AUD at 50% off MSRP (or AUD equivalent to current online pricing).
 
 

Ordering:

Step 1. Make sure you've emailed us your wholesale application.
Step 2. We will review your application and send you an account activation email.
Step 4. You MUST use the B2B Order Form to place your order.
Step 5. Orders are then sent to us to check, shipping added as per rates above and then resent to you for approval and payment.
 
 

Pre-Orders:

We are a small indie business that self-publishes our products, therefore we often pre-sell a lot of our larger orders. Please check the product title to find out if it is on pre-order. 

We have also found that stockists that do pre-orders using Instagram sell up to 5x more than those that just order and stock in house.

You are welcome to sell at the MSRP, our sale price, or a price that works for your market and store. You are also free to host your own promotions and give-aways.
Wholesale pricing discounts are off current store pricing and any sales or promotions we have do not apply to wholesale pricing (ie. other combined discount coupons).
 
If you want to use our product for any promotions that will greatly benefit Magic of I products (and in turn help you sell more product!) we are often happy to help out and supply samples for competitions, give-aways and influencer gifts. Please contact us with your idea and proposal.
