November Transits and Monthly Overview
As we enter November, Mercury and Venus are still retrograde, prompting emotional reassessments and reevaluations largely hidden from public view. Although crises may be meting out visibly, the transformative magic is occurring within our own minds, as we wrestle with what to reveal or conceal, pursue or pass up, rehash or let lie. This dance is appropriate for Scorpio season. Scorpio’s motto is “I desire”, so we are already in an incubator for reflection. We’re analyzing the essence of our relationships and the substance of what inspires and motivates us. Checking your compulsions is essential now, as well as distinguishing between true feelings and triggers. Being brave enough to walk away from something stimulating, but toxic, can be the key to getting what you really want.
NOTABLE TRANSITS
November 13/14 - Mercury is Direct in Scorpio: redefine contracts and resolve disputes using the knowledge gained over the past few weeks. Clearing up a miscommunication is easier now: you’ve already gone deep into your own mind, there’s nothing left to fear in sharing its contents with others.
November 13/14 - Venus is Direct: in Libra, inspiring you to ask for fair treatment in love and money and not simply sweep a matter under the rug, like you would have done before.
November 22 – Sun enters Sagittarius: asking us to focus on the big picture. Following Scorpio season’s attention to the deep underbelly of desire, Sagittarius season petitions us to dream bigger, pursuing what stirs our sense of faith and engenders optimism for the future.
November 25/26 – Mars enters Virgo: work smarter not harder while Mars transits mutable earth. Timing is important, but not as important as a willingness to try again if a mistake is made. Don’t let the possibility of imperfection dissuade you from taking a risk - the thoughtful ones will pay off!
