ARIES

SEVENTHHOUSE
Connections, Commitments, Collaborations & Balance

Since this season is your polarity, there is a push and pull now. The scales can’t be tipped now, Aries. You are recalibrating, re-orienting. But in order to do that, you have to allow yourself to know how to ask for help, to exist in the give and take. You are independent, sure, but there is only so much you can do on your own. You are at a place of needing others, and there is nothing wrong with that.

This New Moon may have your mind on your relationship, others in your life, and close connections. How are things faring for you? Some of you may seek to bring a relationship or partnership to the next level, while others may decide to walk away from one. Keep in mind that this can be non-romantic. The Seventh House rules over all one-on-one relationships. This means that this New Moon isn’t one for solitary action. You are witnessing how your life is intertwined with those around you. What you do has consequences and vice versa. You are seeing how important connections are and how others can increase your sense of self-awareness. The idea of reciprocity becomes big for you around this time. You are called to pay attention to how you exchange energy with those around you. Who takes too much? Who doesn’t? Where do you need to maintain boundaries? Where can you be more flexible? Where can you give more now?

With Venus taking the helm of this lunation, we are now in the descent of our deeper wells. Our psyches, inner desires, and personal transformations get a review - perhaps even a bit of a makeover. As Venus and Mars tense up, you may find that your need for play is pushed up against your need for intimacy. These two things aren’t at odds as much as it may seem. Staying present and being curious will invite creativity into your private world. Healing isn’t always about communing with your darkness. It can be about getting acquainted with your inner child. If you are feeling aggravated or fired up, use that as a way to break the mold and try something new in your life instead of running on the same old hamster wheel.

Use this New Moon to focus on your boundaries. Understand the roles that you play in others’ lives and what they play in yours. See where you can receive and know what you have to give. Form new relationships and bury old ones that don’t support you. Seek out ways to create a better relationship with yourself above all else. Nothing will ever be as solid as the love you can give to yourself.

FIFTH HOUSE
Joy, Creativity, Expression & Pleasure

Let’s have a little fun, shall we? You are craving, no, drooling at the prospect of living a more enjoyable life. In some ways, that feeling is insatiable. You want to let loose and feel less bound by obligation and responsibility. Maybe it isn’t as hard as you think. Maybe you need to get out of your own head and into your body. If you want to play, play. Don’t feel like you need to weigh your options when joy is an inherent right.

In so many ways, this feels like the perfect time to get re-inspired. We are turning a new leaf in the Fifth House. Now is the time to engage with your inner child and be open to possibility. What do you find pleasure in? What makes you happy? Let’s try diving in with both feet and find the space where you can live on the brighter side of life. Your creativity will be at a peak, and it will be as if a bountiful life force is flowing from you! This also invites you to bring passion, excitement, and a little adventure back into your life. This lunation can be super thrilling for you if you lean into it. Because this is a place of creation, some of you may be at the wheel of something entirely new: a project, art, music, relationship, or even the conception of a child. Alternatively, consider this New Moon a chance for you to sit in the spotlight a bit. It is ok to be recognized for your efforts and to celebrate your successes.

With Venus retrograde in the driver’s seat, what’s old is new again. So possibly in the process of curating, creating, and making, you need to go back to go forward. Sounds thrilling, I am sure, but it can actually be helpful. Pick something up off the ground and make it more relevant. Venus and Mars will square, so watch for impulse. There is a bit of limitation or resistance now. For you this may show up in how much you are taking on and what you are agreeing to. You have a tendency to go all in for a short period of time, but what happens if you elongate and allow yourself a more sustainable way of keeping something alive? By biting off more than you can chew, if even for a little bit, you may end up doing more bodily harm than good. Approach life with a little bit of caution, curiosity, and a slower pace. This will allow an interest, project, or relationship to have more depth and longevity.

Use this New Moon to find new ways to have fun. Follow your heart more and listen to your inner child. Seek new ways to engage in pleasure and creativity. Let loose. If you are looking to conceive (a child, a project or anything), let this lunation be the thing that pushes you to start or get more focused on it. Anything that pulls at your heart will be favored. So really get in touch with what you desire most.

CANCER

FOURTH HOUSE
Roots, Foundations, Family & Privacy

You are coming home, my friend, in more ways than one. Your foundations, your roots, your depth/capacity all get a closer look. It may be good to scrutinize what makes you feel safe, and if those things or tools are accessible to you. You don’t have to wait to find a sanctuary or place to rest your bones, you can make it. What will it take to create the private life you need to flourish out in the world?

The New Moon sits at the very bottom of your chart in the Fourth House. Here, the attention will turn to your inner world, your foundations…your roots. Perhaps renovations, redecorating, or reorganizing are on the docket. Maybe you are in search of a dream home or wanting to make your space feel more harmonious. Some of you may be finding more quiet time or family time, while seeking solitude after a busy few months. Whatever it is, you are bringing it all back to your center. Home is where the heart is. Family (given or chosen) could take a central focus as there may be changing dynamics in this area of your life. You will be redefining what family truly is, or what it means to you. You may be putting down stronger roots and focusing on your emotional well-being. This lunation tells you all of that work isn’t for nothing. You can rejoice in the power you may call back and honor the peace you will create. Connect more deeply with your ancestors and get in touch with what truly matters to you.

As Venus lords over this lunation, it backtracks and regresses. It pulls you more inward to rediscover what makes you feel alive, creative, and full of zest. This happens in the underbelly, through deepening your devotion to your self-expression, authenticity, and personal joy. Of course, this means you may be outgrowing something in the process of coming back to yourself. Mars will square Venus, pushing you beyond outdated values or ideas. You are reckoning with how valuable you feel or how you see your self-worth. If you are feeling under-resourced, its time for a change. Pressures around money or reserves can catalyze you, stretching you to find creative solutions or to utilize your natural talents differently. Don’t be afraid to go bolder. Ask yourself if you are living up to your full potential, and if the answer is no, then how can you?

Use this New Moon to settle in and come back to center. Focus on your roots and your family. Find security in your emotional foundations and create a sanctuary for yourself. Find peace in the quiet. Work on things around the house and spruce up your space. If you want to move, this lunation could give you the boost you need to find the right place! It is all coming together now.

LEO

THIRD HOUSE
Perspective, Communication, Insights & Reception

They say that your thoughts become your truth. So what truth do you choose to believe about yourself? You can treat yourself kinder, with more respect. And no, you don’t need my permission to do so, but sometimes just hearing (or reading) it is enough to receive. Try exercises that expand your mind and get you to think outside of the box. Consider this a chance to do a little energy clearing of the mind.

The New Moon falls in your Third House where you are tasked to learn, adapt, and integrate. This is about how you communicate not only what you are saying - but also what you are hearing. Part of shifting your perspective comes through dialogue and the conversations that you have with others. To step outside of negative self-thought, we have to be willing to engage in thoughtful conversations that push back against your self-limiting beliefs. Remember, your voice is your power. Now, it is time to learn how to use it. Through the Third House, we learn to express ourselves and say what is on our minds. Sharing is an integral part of your personal exploration - and how you choose to share is important. There can be a feeling of people inundating you with messages around the New Moon. Perhaps you may hear news that you have been waiting for! You can start a new journey for yourself by applying the skills you have in new ways. Your local community will figure strongly as well, especially those close to you. They are here to uplift you and support you, but they won’t know what you need unless you tell them. Asking for help isn’t weak - especially if it is meant to help you grow.

With Venus retrograde taking center stage at this New Moon, we are slowly taking a few steps back. For you, this goes down to your core - your foundations are getting more love. There is little concern about your projections and more emphasis on the reality of who you are and what you are rooted in. This only stands to be more true as Mars and Venus will square. Tensions between what you want to keep private and how that informs your authenticity arise. We can’t hide the most vulnerable parts of ourselves, even if we try. The exposure of our intimate natures can be a wake up call, one that pushes you to show up differently in your life. Don’t allow anyone to weaponize your insecurities. Instead, take ownership of your softness and see it as your strength and motivator. To be honest, true, is to exist without fear of what others may think of your self-perceived fragility.

Use this lunation to speak your magic into the world. Communication is key, and your words hold more power than they have in a long time. Don’t be afraid to tell others what you are thinking, but also be open to what they have to say. Create important dialogue and have those tough conversations. Be flexible and adapt to the ever-changing tides in life. You are being asked to integrate your experiences and open yourself up to new possibilities.

LIBRA

FIRST HOUSE
Individuality, Motivation, Identity & Focus

TWELFTH HOUSE
Depth, Respite, Introspection & Intuition

You are in isolation mode, pulling all the way back, communing with your subconscious self. Of course, this is not something you are stranger to, as you thrive in the explorations of your own profundity. However, there is a bit of differentiation here. You, although the sovereign of the shadow, may not be aware of just how much you are doing internally or behind the scenes. Part of your own motives and actions are obscured - and that mystery is where the magic happens.

This New Moon is in your Twelfth House. The Twelfth House is about endings and the closing of a cycle. You are being called to be deliberate - slowly, surely pausing. It is time for rest. The Sun energizes your need to be good to yourself, and the Moon ensures that this is done through relaxation and rejuvenation - a time for checking in with your spiritual and emotional health. You also are bringing so much to fruition now. Even in the chaos, you are finding clarity. You navigate through the shadows with true power, but it doesn’t make the act of doing it any less difficult. If you are feeling uneasy, know that resolution is on its way. Consider this your calm before the storm in a sense. What you do out of the view of others is important. You are turning inward and focused on preserving your energy. You know you will be expending a lot of it soon, so take it easy. Dive deep into the void.

With Venus retrograde ruling this New Moon, the message is loud and clear to internalize. It is in your sign, so you are backtracking through ideas, feelings, moments, or agreements from the last several weeks. You are calling on your desires, your hopes, your dreams. Are you aligned with them? A part of you is getting exposed, as Mars moves through your Tenth House along with Jupiter and the South Node. This almost ruptures your total isolation. Venus and Mars square exactly, pushing a false narrative around urgency. You may feel the need to act, do something, or be thrust out into the open. Don’t fall for the trap. Don’t take the bait. Make your moves in silence, stealth mode. Let the outcomes of your action speak louder than the action itself. Surmounting pressures at work or in the more public spaces in your life will leave you depleted. All I can say is, know your limits.

Use this New Moon to withdraw a bit where you can. Find more peace in everyday life - including work/life balance. Take time to rest and recharge. Tie up loose ends and close doors that need to be shut. Re-engage with yourself, replenish your energy, and enjoy downtime (by creating it). Listen to your intuition more and record your dreams. This is an opportunity for you to truly let go and open yourself up to something greater.

ELEVENTH HOUSE
Community, Dreams, Visions & Hopes

What does it take to dream big? Sure, you are visionary and aspirational, but that doesn’t always mean you know how to get where you want to go. Being progressive or future-oriented means staying ahead of the curve - i.e. having courage to do what is unconventional and being true to yourself, not expectation. But it doesn’t mean you have to go in on it alone. Finding people who share in your visions makes the process of achieving them easier - both collectively and individually.

At this lunation, you could be closing a door to open a new one. Perhaps there are negotiations around what you thought your future was going to be and the reality of what it will take to get there. However, you are making space for a new future that is opening more opportunities for you than you had initially considered. This is a shift in perspective. With this lunation hanging out in your Eleventh House, you will be looking at your connections and friends as a path forward - not just for you, but all of you. Honestly, this is a social house, so you may even just want to catch up with people, feeling a little more talkative or outgoing than normal. You are realizing that community is becoming increasingly important to you, and you may be trying to find where you want to align yourself. Budding friendships become lasting ones, and old friends are showing up left and right. Bask in this! People are showing you love, and you deserve that. Support seems like magic. Rely on your friends to help you. Don’t be afraid of what is to come, and try not to have all the answers. Part of the perfection of life is that it is unfolding.

Venus is the lord of this New Moon, and it is moving backward through the quietest part of your chart. It slowly pulls you into the deepest, darkest trenches of your inner world to get you to be more clear about your motives in life - hidden or otherwise. Things you once thought were resolved now come back up, but not as a means to destabilize you, instead as a way of reminding you of how far you have come. You are finding true closure, true peace. As Venus and Mars square, there can be tension in idealism. We have dreams, goals, but we also are put up against our fears. What happens if we fail? What if we don’t actually live up to our potential? Here’s the reality, you will fail, but not because you aren’t good enough. It is because it is normal to fail. That failure brings you success. Living up to your potential means taking the risk on that potential to start with. Sabotaging an idea or desire before it ever has a chance to breathe is what kills potential. If you want to go after the visions you have, be willing to risk it all to make it happen, and welcome failure as a part of the journey.

Use this New Moon to call on your community. Ask for support where necessary and seek out new methods of networking. Focus on your friendships and nurture the ones that prove to strengthen you. Look at your goals, your future, your hopes. What do you want out of the next five years? Three years? Who can help you get there? How can you make this happen? These are questions to reflect on - just remember to not let your dreams die. Keep the faith alive.

TENTH HOUSE
Legacy, Aspirations, Goals & Recognition

You really are that girl (gender nonspecific) right now. Like seriously, you are being reminded of your authority, your power. And no, not in a way that allows you to exercise them over others, but instead reacquainting them with yourself. You are coming back to what matters for you in your life and what goals you want to align yourself to. Obviously by doing this, people are going to take notice. You may even inspire others to do the same. You are influential, no doubts about it.

The New Moon is in your Tenth House, and you are out in the open for all to see. Very practically speaking, there can be talks around a promotion, work recognition, or change in what you do that will leave you feeling more confident. You are shifting your focus from vision to commitment - ideas to long-term goals. Matters of ‘what you are known for’ and ‘where you want to go’ will come up. It seems that you have been dreaming up what you desire, and now this lunation is giving you a chance to take steps toward that dream. You may also feel just generally a bit busier than normal. The most important piece with a New Moon in your Tenth House is that you are quite visible. People are recognizing you, seeing you, perceiving you. You may have to release an expectation around the ideas of work ethic or value through your work, as well. You are becoming more aware of your direction and what you want. Alternatively, some of you may make discoveries about your passions that drive you into a new field or up the ladder into a new role/position. Whatever it is, you are stepping into a new era.

But stepping out and up doesn’t come without some inner work. Venus rules this New Moon, and it is retrograde through Scorpio. You are in need of a perspective shift, thinking outside of the box and looking at your long-term plans differently. The future you thought you wanted may not be lining up, so what about the future you actually want? Friendships and community connections are also under review. As Venus and Mars square, there could be conversations around intimacy in terms of the company you keep. Secrets are short-lived and conflicts may arise with those closest to you. This isn’t meant to cut people out or sever ties, instead it is meant to deepen bonds and ask you to find power in vulnerable interactions. If you want to be part of a larger network or a good community member, you must be willing to do the hard work and ask that others do the same. You may not share all the same values, but you can find the right ones that inspire collective action and sustainable efforts.

Use this New Moon to focus on your career and your life direction. Don’t be afraid to put yourself out there. Be noticed and seek opportunities that make you more visible. Call the shots and show your leadership qualities. Strive for new goals and scale ever-higher mountains. Enjoy the fruits of your labor and relish in your successes. See the power within you and let that be what pushes you into the next phase of your life. You are moving toward such great things.
